The new Neverstop Laser printer from HP is out, and not only does it offer high-quality and fast monochrome A4 laser printing, it also changes the way businesses refill their laser printer toner.
Businesses love laser printers because of their low total cost of ownership, their quality prints, and the fact that toner cartridges are quite easy to work with. The Neverstop takes all of that to the next level.
Instead of having to open the printer to remove toner cartridges and install new ones, the Neverstop Laser comes with a unique new system that lets users pump new toner into the printer when it starts to run out.
Replacement toner comes in a pump that is inserted into the toner replenishment hole in the Neverstop Laser. Press the plunger, the toner is pumped into the printer.
The Neverstop… never stops
As you’ll see in the video below, the entire process takes seconds; that very small interruption to the printer’s overall availability is where the printer gets its name.
In addition to a new way of replacing toner, the Neverstop Laser offers up to 5,000 prints out the box before stopping to reload, high-resolution printing, and scanning and copying functions. Additional re-load kits offer up to 2,500 prints each.
And since this is an HP printer, the Neverstop also supports printing and scanning from mobile devices using HP’s Smart App, world-class document management security that ensures only authorised parties can retrieve sensitive print jobs, and print speeds of up to 20ppm.
