Annette Muller is a visionary go-getter with a lot of imagination and a clear personal imperative to innovate in the tech space. Annette learned a lot from the time she spent in various innovation agencies, corporates, and startups, all of which led into the founding of two large tech startups.
The most recent is Flexy, a startup that aims to shape the future of work by helping to connect freelance professionals with the companies that need their skills.
Flexy takes the form of an online platform that automates the process of on-boarding, booking, and payment of freelancers, allowing companies to find the skills they need, when they need them, and to clearly define the parameters of the required jobs, and to make their associated admin that much easier for everyone involved.
Before Flexy, Annette founded DOTNXT, a startup that assists corporates in launching new products and services to the South African market. DOTNXT worked with a large number of big-name South African companies like Computicket, Nedbank, Primedia, Satrix and Shoprite Checkers on various projects and product launches.
Annette has an inquisitive mind and entrepreneurial spirit, and is strongly motivated and inspired by innovation. She loves fast-paced and highly stimulating intellectual environments where she gets to stretch her wings and engage with subjects she’s passionate about, like finance, future trends, and “making the impossible happen in business”.
