Palesa Sibeko is the co-founder of organisational design consultancy, Inquisition; creative company, SiGNL; and Girls Invent Tomorrow, a non-profit organisation that empowers girls to explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
At Inquisition, Palesa focuses on helping organisations create their narrative through “lean” content strategies. She believes in a data-driven, experimental approach to content and the solving of complex problems, and in helping organisations to grow by focusing on the employee experience.
By unearthing the capabilities of existing employees, organisations are more adaptive and can thus change quickly to meet shifting business requirements.
Palesa also spent some time in the PR industry, as a content developer and community manager and as Mobile Strategist at well-known PR outfit, Cerebra Communications.
